Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the volume of orders we receive.

Shipping Methods:

We currently ship all orders within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail offers fast and reliable delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the USPS website: https://tools.usps.com/.

International Shipping:

At this time, Cansoa Candles does not offer international shipping.

Damaged Products:

We take great care to package your candles securely, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement.
