  • Made-to-Order: Each candle is lovingly crafted specifically for your order, ensuring the freshest ingredients and highest quality. Due to this personalized approach, we cannot offer refunds on unwanted candles.
  • No Customization: Currently, we do not offer customization options for our candles. The fragrance combinations and vessel styles you see on our website are the only options available.
  • Replacement Policy for Damaged Products: If your candle arrives damaged in transit, we are happy to replace it for you. However, to ensure a smooth and efficient replacement process, we require the following:
    • Photo Verification: Please send clear photos of the damaged product and its container within 7 days of receiving your order. The photos should showcase the extent of the damage to both the candle and the packaging. Please contact us through email at cansoacandles@outlook.com.
